The service I received was outstanding they diagnosed the problem quickly and the repair was just as quick as them. Finding the problem. Great Service.

I went in with catalytic converter issues and explained to Hugo what had happened. He had my car looked at and saw that it was only one of the catalytic converters, as I have two. He suggested a remedy and explained everything, without trying to upsell me things I didn't need.

I had a great experience at Southwest Muffler Shop. They did a solid job on my alignment, but what really impressed me was their willingness to look over some previous repairs done by another shop. They were thorough, honest, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Hugo, Tony and their entire crew perform and deliver top tier service with honesty. They always present options for scope of work, timing and cost. They do not add on unnecessary work like other shops and dealers who are driven by upselling profits.

I had a front end alignment and tie rod ends replaced on my 2000 Toyota Camry. They did a fantastic job. My car now drives like the day we bought it. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My repair was done in one day. I was given a ride to and from my home. The cost was reasonable.
